We let our passengers determine what times they wish to fly, and we do everything in our power to meet their wishes.  We are open 7 days a week and will do our best to accommodate our clients' needs.  Customers always come first. 

There is a two person minimum. The helicopter does hold up to 3 passengers. We will, on occassion, add a third person to the flight.  However, if you have a specific request not to add the additional passenger we will honor that request.

Our primary helicopter is a Robinson 44 which has window seats for 3 passengers.  There is a weight limit of 300 lbs per seat. 

We request bookings be made as far in advance as possible so we are able to accommodate your scheduling desires.  Helicopter tours make a wonderful birthday, anniversary or other special occasion gift.  So try to call us well in advance so we can make arrangements for you.

We try to make it as easy as possible!  All we need is your name, contact information, the approximate weights of each passenger, and a $25 deposit secured on any of the major credit cards we accept (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).

We prefer all passengers arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time of departure.   This will allow us to pre-flight all passengers regarding safety issues concerning the helicopter.

Chopper Charter Branson maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy.  Any tour cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to departure will forfeit the $25 deposit.  If you’re able to reschedule your tour instead of cancelling (which we hope you are!) there is no fee for rescheduling: however, in the event a rescheduled tour is cancelled, Chopper Charter Branson retains the original $25 deposit.

If the weather does not cooperate the day of your helicopter tour, the flight will be rescheduled for a time that is convenient for you.  There will be no charge if you decide not to reschedule your tour due to inclement weather, and your original $25 deposit will be happily refunded.

You sure can.  If you decide while you are in the air the pilot can extend your flight and make sure that you get the ride that you want.  You will pay the balance upon landing.

Yes, Our pilots are extremely knowledgeable of the local area and will point out all the surroundings of the tour that you have chosen.  All passengers will be wearing state of the art noise canceling headsets so you are also able to talk amongst yourselves in the helicopter.  If you wish, the pilot can activate a mute feature on his headset to allow you some privacy with your guests.

Of course, and we encourage it.  Robinson helicopters provide a smooth ride, and since every seat has a window, you will have pictures to last a lifetime.  If you take any great footage or shots you would like to share with us, let us know and we will gladly add them to our website or display them in our office.  You can never have enough pictures.

We do take video of each flight and offer that as an option, ask about it prior to your flight!

Yes, alchoholic beverages are allowed, provided you are not already intoxicated!  Ask the staff they will be able to assist you.

Tipping is at your discretion and should be based upon the service provided.  Please don’t feel pressured, but any tip is always appreciated.
